Cancellation Policy

Se2Ce Inc. Booking & Cancellation By booking with Se2Ce Inc., you agree to the policies below. Please read carefully before confirming your appointment. Deposits & Payment A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to book any hair service. A valid card on file is required. Your deposit goes toward your final total. If you late-cancel or no-show, it will be applied to any fees owed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Timing is based on your appointment start time. More than 48–72+ hours before: You may cancel or reschedule with no fee. Between 48 and 36 hours before: Cancellation is allowed; deposit is kept at Se2Ce Inc.’s discretion for frequent changes. Between 36 and 24 hours before: You will be charged 50% of the total service cost. Less than 24 hours / same day / no-show: You will be charged 100% of the total service cost. Rescheduling limit: You may reschedule one (1) time only per appointment. If you cancel or attempt to reschedule a second time, you will be blocked from booking for 3 months from that date. All fees are automatically charged to the card on file. Travel / Mobile Service Fees (Non-Refundable) Se2Ce Inc. is a mobile/on-location hair service. Westchester County: $25 travel fee Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan (outside Westchester): $35 travel fee Long Island, Staten Island, Connecticut, Upper Westchester: $75 travel fee All travel fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel or no-show. New appointments may require a new travel fee. Hair, Weaves & Added Hair Services For any service involving weaves, wigs, extensions, or added hair, clients must bring their own hair. If your service requires added hair, a paid consultation is required first. Only after your consultation will you be approved to book the install/service. If the hair you bring is unsuitable (wrong type, severely tangled, not what was advised), Se2Ce Inc. may refuse service and treat it as a late cancellation, which may result in up to 100% charge. Timing & Late Policy Please be ready at your scheduled time with a clean, accessible space and any required hair/products discussed. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be: Shortened or Canceled and treated as a less-than-24-hour cancellation (100% charge). Right to Refuse Service Se2Ce Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for: Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or unpaid balances Disrespectful behavior or unsafe/unsanitary environment.
